POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS

For deliveries to the countries within the European Union, we charge a flat rate for postage and packaging costs per delivery. The amount of this flat rate depends on the weight of the delivery and on the destination country. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are charged at cost. Please, note that these will also have to be processed at customs and that this will take several days. The cost of customs clearance will be charged at cost. We share with you the fees on request. If one order is sent to several delivery addresses, the postage costs are charged per delivery address. Subsequent deliveries are exempt from postage costs. Each parcel is insured.

SAVINGS HINT: From a net goods value of 400.00 Euros, the postage and packaging costs are cancelled and the deliveries are by courier service free recipient´s address.
